Under our guarantee, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Please read the following conditions and notes carefully so that your return can be processed smoothly.

Return Conditions

Coverage of return shipping costs
For orders with a goods value of over €300, we cover the costs of return shipping.

Loss during return shipping
We take responsibility for returns lost during transport, provided the return was properly shipped and demonstrably trackable.

Tracking required
Every return must be sent with a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking cannot be accepted.

Self-arranged shipping
Return labels are not provided by us. The return must be organized independently.

Condition of items
Returned items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed and unused

  • show no damage or signs of use

Original labels
Clothing items must be returned with all original labels attached.

Return period
The return must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Return Process

Step 1: Arrange the Return

Please arrange the return shipment via a shipping service provider of your choice.
The shipment must be trackable (with tracking number).

Step 2: Announce the Return by Email

After sending the return, please send us an email with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number of the return

  • Name of the shipping service provider

This allows us to correctly assign and promptly process your return.

Step 3: Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is made via the originally used payment method.

For orders entitled to free return shipping, the return costs are refunded in the form of a voucher for our shop.
